We hope you absolutely love your Avinicici pieces—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read below for all the details on returns and refunds.
💌 Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

You must have your original receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale or discounted items (all marked-down items are final sale)

Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel

Gift cards
🔁 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at shopavinicici@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopavinicici@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right!
📦 Exchanges
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges, as we can't guarantee item availability. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
